Remove Empty Lines

Remove blank entries while keeping the surrounding nonempty rows separate.

Blank Line Remover

1. Paste the list into Insert list. Leave the blank rows in place so the tool can identify and remove them.
2. Click Remove breaks to process the current input.
3. Read Result, Rows remaining, and Empty rows deleted. Nonempty entries stay on separate rows.
4. Click Copy under the output you want to keep. Use Clear where shown to clear the text fields; option selections stay as set.

For Apple, an empty row, a row containing only spaces, and Pear, Result is Apple followed by Pear. Two rows remain and two empty rows are deleted.

A whitespace-only row is blank

Rows containing only spaces, tabs, or other whitespace are removed. A row containing visible text is retained, including any spaces around that text.

Removing blanks does not join all lines

The remaining entries keep their line breaks and order. Use a line-joining operation if you want a single space-separated line instead.
